  • Why should I hire a licensed general contractor?

    As a licensed general building contractor we ensure that every step of the project is completed by certified professionals that understand current and local building code. Local building code is a law that any licensed contractor must generally enforce on each project completed.

    Hiring a licensed contractor acts to protect property owners from incompetent or dishonest contractors. If a contractor is not licensed you may not receive building permits, inspections, or certificates. You may also become liable for injuries sustained on your property.
  • Are you licensed and do you carry general liability insurance?

    We are currently licensed under the California State Licensing Board and each project is always bonded and insured.
  • Do you use sub-contractors and are they licensed?

    Most general building contractors routinely use subcontractors. All of our subcontractors are licensed and have general liability coverage; our subcontractors make us the company we are today.
  • When I have questions or concerns about my project, how soon will I get an answer?

    Currently, our turn around is immediate. We will always contact you within 24 hours regarding your construction project.
  • How close do you stay to time lines & budgets?

    We work with you during every step of the project to stay within the time lines given, while following the proposed budgets planned, from the beginning.
  • How many jobs does your company have in progress right now?

    On average, we usually have between 6 to 8 jobsites under construction.
  • Does your company provide references?

    We will gladly provide references at your request. Any licensed contractor should be more than happy to provide you with references from projects that have been completed.
  • Do I need a permit?

    In some cases, you may need to pull a building permit. It depends on the type of project. Call us for a consultation to determine whether or not your project may require building plans and permits.
  • Which areas of Southern California do you service?

    We service all of San Diego, Riverside, and Orange County.
  • Do you guarantee your work?

    As a company who strives for excellence in craftsmanship on each project, we always guarantee our work for up to 5 years or as long as you own the residence or property.
